The orphanage was started 15 years ago and today we have 200 children ranging from 1 year to 20 years. All children are being educated. 40% of these are Orphans, others have somebody, may be or mother, a grandmother or an aunty. When a child comes into the orphanage, CMCT takes complete responsibility for their education and holistic development. When their education is completed these girls are sent to Colleges, Nurses Training, Teachers Training, Engineering College, Physiotherapy College, Medical College, Secretarial College or whatever the individual girl feels she is called to do in her life. These children are given a home until marriage. We also help them to get married and to be settled in their life. Even after marriage we continue to encourage and be in touch with all.
