This is a work where we have rented rooms in 4 slum areas. Chintadripet, Mackies Garden, Chetpet and Washermanpet. Very needy people who have no food are given a hot meal at mid-day from Monday to Saturday. These people are also counseled and encouraged. Many receiving this meal are T.B. patients and elderly people. For most it is the only meal they have in a day. To see their gratitude is very rewarding.
